Phlebotomists Required Around North Yorkshire and Newcastle Areas

Pertemps Medical Professionals, following successful Projects across England and Scotland are excited to present a new opportunity for Phlebotomists across the North Yorkshire and Newcastle area (within an hour’s travelling distance). 
This is a non-NHS role and as you are currently registered on our database, we are emailing you to see if you may have the appropriate skills or indeed have a friend/colleague who may be interested in the role(s) that we have.
 
For the successful candidates who are invited to interview stage, there will be live 2-hour inductions (late October) prior to starting the projects so that the client can confirm your clinical skills so please read the criteria below carefully before responding.
 
Essential Non-Negotiable Attributes:

• GCP training (Good Clinical Practice).
• At least one year of phlebotomy experience.
• Submission with CV, references, and phlebotomy competencies.
• Availability for 2-5 shifts a week.
• Candidates must live within an hour’s drive of the site.

Important Notes:

• Candidate travel and accommodation will not be paid for.
• Phlebotomy Certificate
• GCP Certificate (Good Clinical Practice)
• Enhanced DBS Certificate
• Candidates will not be promised any shifts until after their competency has been cleared by the client.

Locations:

• Consett (Induction: 2nd October)
• Carlisle (Induction: 1st November)
• Hartlepool (Induction TBC)
• Northallerton (Induction: 16th October)
• Peterlee (Induction: 31st October)
• Redcar (Induction: 23rd November)
• Newcastle (Fixed Site): (Last clinical day currently 9th November)

 
Shift Times (Newcastle):

• Monday - Friday: 08:45 - 19:15
• Saturday: 08:45 - 17:15
• Sunday: 10:45 - 16:05

 
Shift Times (Mobile Sites):

• Monday – Friday: 07:45 – 18:15
• Saturday: 08:45 – 17:15
• Sunday: 10:45 – 16:05
