B6 Neurological Occupational Therapist

Band 6 Neurological Occupational Therapist - Surrey

• 35 hours per week

• The candidate must have good experience working with patients with Neurological conditions including stroke, head injury, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis & progressive conditions. 
• The candidate will need experience in rehabilitation and the management of long-term conditions.
• Community experience
• Experience working with adults & older adults
• MDT working
• Ability to complete the required number of community visits around the borough of Sutton, Southwest London   
  Desirable:
• EMIS trained & have a NHS SMART card
• Car driver & car that can be used for this post. Seeing patients with a Sutton GP, both in their own home, care homes & in the community as required
  Assessment & treatment / intervention of patients with Neurological conditions in the community setting. Mileage can be claimed, no parking permits are available to bank or agency staff

We currently have a variety of part-time, flexible hour rotas available that complement the full-time locum and permanent roles that we are currently recruiting for.
